TRADER’S GALA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Trader’s Gala (herein the “Promotion”) is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the
Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is available from 20th November 2025 to 19th December 2025 (herein “the Promotion Period”).

2. This offer is only available to the new and existing clients of VT Markets in the following country.

   Cambodia

3. New clients must open a new live trading account with VT Markets during the Promotion Period. This offer does
   not apply to “demo” accounts.

4. By opening a new account, the client acknowledges they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and
   Conditions and VT Markets’ general Terms and Conditions.

5. All account type are eligible for this Promotional offer.

6. VT Markets will offer this to clients at its discretion. If you are not sure about your eligibility, please
   contact [email protected].

7. All new and existing clients who meet the eligibility criteria and opt in to participate will be enrolled in
   this promotion upon opening a live trading account.

8. To participate in this promotion, the client must:

   I.Opt-in to the promotion through client portal.

   II.Have a LIVE trading account with VT Markets.

   III.Make a fresh deposit of at least USD 300 within the campaign period.

   IV.Fulfil the dual requirement of both deposit amount and trading lots based on the reward tiers below.

9. Internal transfers between accounts, rebate accounts or commissions of any kind will not be considered as new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this promotion.

10. Only closed trades of FX, Metal (XPDUSD), Gold (XAUUSD, XAUAUD), Silver (XAGUSD, XAGAUD), Crude Oil (CL-OIL, USOUSD, UKOUSD), and Bitcoin (BTCUSD) made during the offer period will be counted towards this offer.

11. This promotion is applicable exclusively to valid STP, ECN, Cent, Copy Trade, and Swap-free accounts. MAM, and PAMM accounts are strictly excluded from eligibility.

12. Only Trades held for more than 3 minutes are counted towards the trading volume.

13. Eligible clients can redeem only one (1) reward from the tiers listed in the table in Clause 8.4, based on the highest tier for which they have met both the Deposit Amount and Lots Requirements.

    Example: If a client deposits $2000 but only trades 300 lots, they will be eligible for the Tier 4 reward, as they did not meet the 350 lots requirement for the Tier 5.

14. To claim rewards from this offer, the clients must contact their account manager on which reward would like to claim.

15. The clients can start claiming their rewards from 22/12/2025. VT Markets will not accept any request for reward claims after 30/12/2025. The participant will waive the right to claim the prize if the said time has expired.

16. The rewards from this offer are mainly based on the actual purchase of goods, any specific request for style, model and colour will not be entertained.

17. VT Markets shall not be responsible or liable for any delays in providing the rewards to the participant. VT Markets will use all reasonable endeavours to provide the rewards to the participant within 30 days.

18. VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the use of the offer.

19. The rewards listed are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee that the rewards offered will be available during the time of redemption.

20. If VT Markets can’t deliver the reward(s) due to force majeure (e.g., out of stock, logistics issues), Clients agree to receive the full Cash Reward Value (as listed in the table in Clause 8.4) as a balance credited to their trading account.

21. VT Markets will notify the clients via email and credit the Cash Reward Value to their trading accounts within 15 business days from the date of the notification email.

22. All reward values are denominated in USD. If your nominated trading account is in a different currency, the cashback amount will be adjusted based on the prevailing exchange rate.

23. VT Markets reserves the right to stop or refuse the client’s participation in the promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

24. Fraudulent, multiple, or incorrectly completed applications will not be accepted. VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

25. The deposit and trading volume used to apply for this offer may not be used to apply for any other offer provided by VT Markets.

26. VT Markets reserves the right to deduct any reward amounts after the reward is claimed in case of a breach. Participants may lose eligibility if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

27. This program can be retracted at any time of VT Markets’ choosing and account eligibility will be subject to our discretion.

28. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
